Weight Loss Wednesday- Week 8

Weight loss Goal:  70 lbs
Week 8 loss:  1.5 lbs
Total loss:  12 lbs

Weekly workout details

Wednesday:  None

Thursday:  Gym
- 35 minutes on treadmill
*Run/Walk- 2.5 miles
- 25 Min with weights

Friday:  None

Saturday:  Gym
- 35 minutes on elliptical
- 25 Min with weights 

Sunday:  None

Monday: Gym

- 35 Min on Treadmill
*Run/Walk- 2.25 miles

- 25 Min with weights

Tuesday:   Gym
- 35 Min on Treadmill
*Run/Walk- 2.25 miles
- 25 Min with weights


Reflections:
* My feet/knees are still having a hard time with running.  But i do what i can.  Hopefully over time i will be able to run more and more each week.
* Anyone have good recipes they can pass along that are healthy?  I always like to get new ideas to switch it up!
*  We have no plans (well other than homework Chris has) this weekend.  I cannot wait to just relax!  We have been so busy lately!
