Reflections:
*  I broke even again with my weight loss- last week i had a gain of 1.5 and this week i lost the 1.5.  I'm still not sure what the gain from last week was from, all food and exercise was the usual.  Oh well, i am not going to think too much into it.

* I ran this morning and put in 3 miles on the treadmill.  Most of it was walking on a steep incline, but i did get some running in and it felt really good.  I am so ready to just be able to run run run run!  Baby steps.... :)

*  I think i will do another recipe review this week.  I've tried some yummy and healthy stuff lately and want to share!

I didn't post yesterday because i forgot to get on the scale first thing in the morning....maybe it was a forewarning to this week...because as of this morning i am up 1.5 lbs from last week.

So, I am not doing a regular post this week....instead i am going to get my butt in gear!

Reflections:
* My feet/knees are still having a hard time with running.  But i do what i can.  Hopefully over time i will be able to run more and more each week.
* Anyone have good recipes they can pass along that are healthy?  I always like to get new ideas to switch it up!
*  We have no plans (well other than homework Chris has) this weekend.  I cannot wait to just relax!  We have been so busy lately!
